Like the amazing saying "At the beginning of the war, 80% did not enlist in the reserves, 130% were people who did not need it, and not a single part of the reserve force put on uniforms!" So here too we will meet amazing people of all shades who gave of themselves while tasting their businesses, the wonderful food of the special Levinsky Market.

This is a tour of flavors, people, and values – an encounter with the Israel of the here and now, which continues to grow, strengthen, and celebrate life.

What to Expect

We will meet the reservists who returned to business, some after 500 days of never-ending rounds, hear how they cope, and of course, enjoy tastings – every bite is worth it! We will taste 7 different, varied, satisfying tastings, and talk about Tel Aviv during the war, the various initiatives, and the special stories. We will visit a cafe operated by members of the Gaza Strip community, who were evacuated to Tel Aviv. We will ask them what it is like to live in the big city. And I will tell you how I took part in this huge project on Herzl Street.

We will taste and get to know the "Lions' Treats" – the businesses of Eitan Kadosh. This is a one-of-a-kind experience – you will have to come and see for yourself! * Changes may occur between sessions depending on the group and the availability of the businesses.

I'm Bar, a tour guide in Tel Aviv.

As an experiential tour leader, I believe in the power of telling history through human encounters.

On the tours I lead, I take a piece of Israeli history, such as the stories of criminal organizations in Tel Aviv, the underground music movement in the city, and the people at the heart of the war – and tell it through encounters with the people.

I connect significant points in history with the characters who represent them, to bring the story to life.
And make it an unforgettable experience.
